Gulet Charter Prices in Turkey: What a Week Really Costs
A private gulet in Turkey costs from €4,000 per week, and the typical boat in our fleet costs €11,900 a week in low season and €22,750 in high season. These are prices for the whole boat with its crew, not per person, and charters run from Saturday to Saturday. Meals and drinks are not included: full board starts from €490 per person per week.
The figures below come from the weekly rates of the 190+ gulets we list in Turkey (2026 rates, checked in October 2026). Each boat's own rates are on its page, so you can browse our gulets and their weekly rates once you know your budget. If you are new to these boats, start with what a gulet is.
How much does a gulet charter cost in Turkey?
Half of the gulets in our Turkish fleet cost between €8,400 and €18,650 per week in low season, and between €15,750 and €36,900 in high season. The cheapest boats start at around €4,000 a week, while the largest luxury gulets cost more than €90,000. The price is for the entire yacht and its crew for seven nights.

"Typical" is the median weekly rate; "most boats" is the middle half of the fleet. Weekly rates for the whole boat, 2026, Turkish departures. Not every yacht publishes a high-season rate.
The number of cabins is a guide rather than a rule: in our fleet, 5-cabin gulets have a higher typical price than 6-cabin ones. To compare boats of one size, see our 4-cabin gulets, 5-cabin gulets or 6-cabin gulets.
Low, mid and high season
For the same gulet, the high-season rate is typically about 50% higher than the low-season rate.

Private charter vs cabin charter
With a private charter you rent the whole gulet and its crew for your group, and the weekly price is for the boat. With a cabin charter you book a single cabin on a shared cruise and pay per person. Cabin cruise prices and dates are on our cabin charter cruises site.
What is included in the price
The weekly rate covers the boat, the crew and the running costs of a normal cruise. It includes:
- the yacht, its crew and its facilities
- fuel for engine cruising on the suggested route, about 2.5 hours a day
- water
- Turkish harbour dues and the transit log fee
- bed linen and towels
- use of the equipment on board, such as flippers, snorkels, a canoe (if available) and fishing tackle
Extra costs to budget for
Meals, drinks, VAT and the crew gratuity are paid on top of the weekly rate.
Meals and drinks
Meals are not included in the price of a private charter, and they have to be taken on board because gulets anchor in bays rather than harbours. Full board starts from €490 per person per week. You can also choose half board and eat ashore where the route allows, or mix full-board and half-board days; read more about choosing full or half board. There are standard, deluxe and vegetarian menus, and special menus can be prepared on request (what we offer for meals). Drinks are extra with every menu; you can bring your own or order them before the cruise.
APA on larger yachts
Some yachts work with an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), a prepaid fund that covers running costs such as fuel, food, drinks and dockage during the charter. It is usually 20–30% of the charter fee, the captain keeps an account of spending, and unused money is returned at the end. APA does not apply to every yacht, so ask whether it applies to the boat you like; our page on Advance Provisioning Allowance explains how it works.
Water sports, VAT and crew gratuity
Three smaller items are not in the weekly rate:
- Motorised water sports: fuel is charged separately and can be paid on the spot.
- VAT is not included in the charter price.
- Crew gratuity: usually 5–10% of the charter fee.
Cost per person: example budgets
For a group of 12 on a typical 6-cabin gulet, the boat and full board come to about €1,510 per person per week in low season. The table divides each typical weekly rate by the number of guests and adds full board from €490.

What affects the price of a gulet
The season, the size of the boat, the departure area and the yacht's APA terms all change the price. In low season, the typical weekly rate is €12,150 in Bodrum, €11,050 in Fethiye and €11,200 in Marmaris. You can compare boats and routes on our pages for Bodrum, Fethiye, Marmaris and Göcek. Shorter charters and departure days
Most private charters last one week and start on Saturday. Charters shorter than a week are possible and are mostly arranged in low season; in high season a full weekly fee may be charged for a short charter. Check-in is at 3:30 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am after breakfast (departure dates).

- Which menu and board plan do we want, and how will drinks be handled?
