Overview
The Kaya Guneri 2 is a custom-built schooner based in Bodrum, designed to offer an unforgettable yachting experience. The gulet, built in 2002, spans 28.5 meters in length with a beam of 7.0 meters and a draft of 3.1 meters. Constructed from high-quality wood, including oak frames, black pine superstructure, and teak decks, the yacht combines traditional craftsmanship with modern amenities.
Accommodating up to 12 guests in 6 spacious, air-conditioned cabins, each featuring a shower and toilet, the Kaya Guneri 2 ensures maximum comfort and privacy. The cabin configuration includes 4 cabins with one double and one single berth each, and 2 cabins with twin beds, providing versatile sleeping arrangements. The comfortable salon with a dinette and bar offers a perfect space for relaxation and socializing, while a fully equipped separate galley caters to all culinary needs.
On the aft deck, guests can relax on comfortable cushions and enjoy outdoor dining facilities, ideal for al fresco meals. The expansive sun deck area is equipped with sun mattresses, providing ample space for sunbathing and taking in the stunning sea views. For recreational activities, the Kaya Guneri 2 is well-equipped with a dinghy with a 15 HP outboard engine, a speed boat with a 70 HP engine for water skiing (available at an extra cost), and 2 canoes. Snorkeling and fishing gear, along with masks, flippers, and snorkels, are available for underwater adventures. Entertainment options include music sets with a CD player, a TV, backgammon, and playing cards.
Additional amenities on board include deck chairs, sun awnings, a sea ladder, a power generator, deep freeze, a refrigerator, an ice cube maker, and a hot water system. Modern navigation equipment, such as a chart plotter, GPS, radar, and autopilot, ensures safe and efficient sailing. The yacht also offers communications equipment, including a VHF radio, GSM, and Wi-Fi internet connection. The deck features a shower and sun awnings for added comfort.
Powered by a 550 HP Caterpillar engine, the Kaya Guneri 2 can reach a maximum speed of 12 knots and a cruising speed of 9.5 knots. The yacht has a fuel capacity of 4 tons and a water capacity of 10 tons, with a sail area of 400 square meters. Generators include a 22.5kW Onan and a 25kW Kohler, providing reliable power for all onboard systems.
